Park Hyatt Bangkok Hotel

As a budget traveler, I loved the thoughtful design of the hotel, from the reception to the rooms and the infinity pool. The staff was attentive and went out of their way to accommodate every request. The hotel had all the amenities I needed, and the Central Embassy shopping center was conveniently located within the premises. The Le Labo toiletries and bath salts in the bathrooms were a luxurious touch.

Felt extremely safe and had no reason to complain.

Excellent service from restaurant staff, especially KWAN, who provided 10/10 service. TON at check-in was helpful and kept promises. Spacious, beautiful rooms. Great pool and trendy interiors. Close to luxury mall. Classy restaurants with good prices. Must return in the future.

The new hotel has a beautiful architectural design, with comfortable 48msq rooms. The swimming pool overlooks Lumphini park and surrounding tall buildings, creating a relaxing atmosphere. It is conveniently located near Central Embassy, providing access to various dining, shopping, and cafe options. The friendly and thoughtful hotel staff prepared a delightful chocolate cake as a birthday treat.

The fine interior design at Park Hyatt Bangkok created a luxurious atmosphere. We were impressed by the soothing lighting that added to the overall ambiance. The staff were great, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also indulged in the signature Thai massage at the spa, really good and provided a authentic experience. The hotel's prime location in downtown Bangkok, next to a subway line and within a short walk of Lumpini Park, made it convenient for exploring the city.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location was perfect, as we had easy access to private VIP secret bars in the connecting mall, which provided a unique and exclusive experience. The Central Embassy mall also offered a wide variety of alternative restaurant options, giving us plenty of choices for dining. Furthermore, the breakfast available in the restaurant was delicious, with a good selection of Asian and Western dishes. The room itself was comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and great views of the city skyline.

The noise from outside disrupted our sleep at times.

We loved the spacious and beautifully decorated room at this hotel. The bed was comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape. the central location of the hotel, right next to the subway line and a short walk from Lumpini Park, made it very convenient for exploring the city.

We were not entirely satisfied with the staff's quality of service. There were instances where they were not attentive and even refused to help with our luggage upon check-in.

The view from our room was fine, overlooking the beautiful embassy garden. The elegant interior design added to the overall ambiance of the hotel. The staff were attentive and professional, making our stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic experience.

Service and equipment are excellent. Location is perfect. Staff is very kind and well-trained. The room had an really good view. The dining room was modern, bright, airy, and elegant. The breakfast menu had a good selection. The poolside was popular and relaxing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed. The bathtub with city view was excellent, and we loved the added touch of the BOSE sound bar. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway line and just a short walk to Central Embassy mall with a wide variety of restaurant options. The staff was friendly, making our stay even better. The semi buffet breakfast was delicious, and we also loved the excellent swimming pool.

Loved the beautiful decor and modern amenities in the room. The comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep after a long day of meetings. The hotel's convenient location, connected to a central shopping area, made it easy for me to find everything I needed during my business trip.

The housekeeping service. There were several issues, including a bathtub that was not cleaned and missing complimentary supplies.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a sauna and steam room that maintained the same high standards as the saltwater pool and Jacuzzi. the outdoor swimming pool with a shallow end was perfect for us to relax and enjoy the sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers.

the private facilities in our room, including the full body massage and entertainment, more than made up for it.

The pillows in the bedroom were extremely soft and limp, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel exceeded my expectations. the spa and wellness center provided an extensive range of therapies and massages, including a full body massage that left me feeling refreshed and revived. the outdoor infinity pool was an amazing experience, and I particularly enjoyed the sun loungers and saltwater pool.

the exceptional service from the staff, who catered to my needs at all times, certainly made up for this minor inconvenience.
